Teresa has a construction, sales and marketing, and executive leadership background and is a client capture and account expansion specialist with a proven track record of mastering new market sectors and industries. Her experience lies in over 20+ years of design and construction with strong relationships in the southeast. Her community involvement includes serving as board chair for Downtown Vision, Inc., Downtown Jacksonville’s business improvement district and serves as the commissioner for the housing and community development for the City of Jacksonville.
Elizabeth is the Owner and CEO of Workscapes and build|scapes and has been in the industry over twenty-four years. “Family First” is Elizabeth’s philosophy and an integral part of the Workscapes environment and tradition. In addition, they continue to focus on building strong, mutually beneficial client relationships, offering a variety of products, and actively engaging in the community. Elizabeth has worked with prestigious clients such as Darden, CNL, HD Supply, NASCAR and Adventist Health Systems.
LeAnn is the Regional Sales Executive for North Florida. LeAnn has a construction, sales and marketing and executive leadership background. She enjoys working with her clients and partners, understanding their needs and creating solutions to help them achieve their goals. She holds an MBA, is a graduate of Leadership Jacksonville and has served on several non-profit boards.
Jay brings 24 years experience as an award-winning interior designer. Graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design, his experience and knowledge is in space planning, custom furnishings, installation, specification, finish selection, cost estimating, construction documentation and project management. Jay’s sensitivity to user and designer needs gives him a keen insight when working on DIRTT projects. In addition, Jay has also taught building systems to interior design students. He is active in non-profit community boards as well as being a long-standing member of The Downtown Orlando Partnership and the Associated Builders and Contractors.
Armando is responsible for the South Florida market growth focused on interior construction solutions. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Florida International University. Armando has over 15 years of combined experience working in the Architectural field on various commercial projects as well as working in sales for architectural materials such as glass and stone manufacturers within the design community throughout South Florida.
Loraine has 13 years of experience in interior design (Bachelor of Design, 2005, University of Florida), maintains her Interior Design license in the state of Florida and is a LEED Accredited Professional. She provides preconstruction design services to coordinate projects across multiple trades and cost estimating. She is extremely responsive to team members and customers to ensure projects stay on track and meet the required goals and budget.
Thomas has over 4 years of business development and project management experience in the moving and logistics industry. Born and raised in Jacksonville, FL, Thomas graduated from the University of North Florida with a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing. Thomas’ role within build|scapes is to plan, schedule, monitor and manage an integrated construction process for North and Central Florida.
Jesus has over 7 years experience as a project manager leading large office furniture projects and wireless telecommunication projects. He coordinates a workforce team of 40 + subcontractors, performing budget analysis, and accomplishing lead time. Jesus holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineer and Knowledge in Giza 20/20 software, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project.
Ray started working with Workscapes In 2015 and has been in the construction industry for over 14 years. His roles include oversight of all DIRTT projects in Orlando, Jacksonville, and Miami. Ray has been a certified DIRT installer for 5 years. Customer satisfaction and experience is his number one goal.
Cheryl is the construction administrative assistant bringing in over 31 years in the educational field to the team. Her skills include attention to detail, organized and offering constant support to all clients.
